Requirements- 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager; experience in logistics and/or retail-related roles.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and distribution centers.
- Basic knowledge of databases, business case consolidation, and operating systems.
- UX/UI experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
- Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies.
- PMI certification (preferred) or project management–related course
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, delivering expected results on time and within scope.
- Guide the team toward self-organization.
- Assess the team’s Scrum maturity and coach the team at a sustainable pace.
- Remove impediments and support the team.
- Build a safe and trustworthy environment where issues can be raised openly.
- Support the Product Owner, particularly in maintaining and refining the product backlog.
- Ensure adherence to defined agile development practices (e.g., Scrum ceremonies: Daily, sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective, impediment management).
- Manage phase changes, change control, project closure, cancellation, or rejection, as well as project planning activities.
- Facilitate and negotiate backlog management with the team, including the Product Owner and engineering teams.
- Manage risks, changes, controls, documentation, and status reporting for assigned projects, including KPIs, OKRs, and one-pagers.

POSITION OBJECTIVECoordinate the execution of the Annual Engineering Project Plan (Regulatory, Replacement, Productivity, Growth and General Infrastructure) for plants, logistics facilities and offices, complying with the norms and standards of Safety, Hygiene, Health, Ergonomics, Food Safety, Environment and legal requirements that apply to each project.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE- Mechanical, electrical, civil, electronic, industrial or similar engineer, preferably in Administration, Projects, etc. Knowledge of industrial sanitation processes.
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in planning, execution, development and control of improvement and investment projects.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations on safety, hygiene, health, food safety, safety, ergonomics, etc. standards (GMPs, HACCP and SQF) in the food and/or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of packaging, pasteurization, homogenization, baking and auxiliary plant services (refrigeration, electrical systems, compressed air, water, air handling, HVAC).
- Experience in the application of PMI (Project Management Institute or Agile), NPI or APQP or CQV, Lean manufacturing or TPS, MES methodologies for automation.
- Advanced level English
- Experience in supervising and managing personnel and contractors.
- Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity, etc.
- Easy access to the work center located in Ocoyoacac, State of Mexico.
- Availability of schedule.

- Coordinate and validate with Engineering Management and Continuous Improvement Management, the definition of projects for the Annual Plan, with the areas of Safety, Quality, Production, Maintenance, HR, R&D etc., which must be based on business strategies, indicator deviations (SQDCE), regulations, standards, productivity, new products or processes, productivity, growth, savings, etc.
- Generate the basis of the annual capital budget to be invested, to be reviewed and authorized by the Engineering Manager.
- Filter the projects through the evaluation of technical and economic feasibility, which will be reviewed and authorized by the Engineering Management.
- Coordinate the appropriate cost and financial controls, so that the Engineering Management reports and recommends quarterly to the different instances of the Company the adjustments according to the financial measurement.
- Ensure the correct application of investment resources.
- Ensure the correct and effective planning, design and execution of capacity growth and/or production relocation projects.
- Design engineering projects that meet the expectations of users and customers, considering new technologies, automation, etc.
- Ensure that projects are within the Safety, Hygiene, Ergonomics, Health, Food Safety and Environment standards established by the company, such as GMPs, HACCP, Food Safety and Safety Management Systems (GFSI) and regulations applicable to the food industry.
- Ensure compliance with the legal requirements associated with engineering projects in each location.
- Coordinate the aspects of change management (Change Management) of all projects under their charge and involve the necessary departments.
- Trigger the tendering of suppliers, perform the selection and administration of suppliers and contractors that represent the best value for the company.
- Execute the Projects assigned to you, in accordance with the Project Plan Checklist.
- Carry out the control, execution and monitoring of projects to ensure that the budget, scope and time are met.
- Supervise the correct execution of contractors, suppliers, partners involved, etc., ensuring that everyone complies with the policies and criteria of the Industrial Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Sanitation areas.
- Manage the purchase of equipment, provide solutions to projects adhering to sanitary design guidelines, ensure the complete delivery of information on each project to end users and support areas so that they can be included in programs that impact food safety.
