Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the transition, integration, and optimisation of a large Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) operation for a major international airline customer in the Middle East.
This role will be responsible for managing the transfer and consolidation of a 90+ person CAMO team into our organisation's operational and governance framework, improving efficiency, compliance, and performance while maintaining regulatory and operational continuity.
The successful candidate will act as the primary delivery lead between our organisation, the client, and internal stakeholders.
