The Project Manager-Strategic Workforce Analytics will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Resource Management (RM) processes and system, primarily leveraging Eightfold and integrated platforms with a goal of establishing Resource Management as a structured, enterprise-wide program. This role primarily supports Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) but is matrixed to support Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD), HRIS, and Operations, driving a strategic, scalable approach to resource management and workforce analytics.
