We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager / Sr. Project Engineer to oversee operations at a stormwater treatment facility in Everett. This role involves managing multiple earthwork and utility crews, coordinating with general contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring work aligns with project schedules and quality standards. Responsibilities include handling RFIs, submittals, cost impacts, and complex tasks such as HDPE piping spool drawings and shoring designs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of multiple earthwork and underground utility crews
  • Coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors to maintain project timelines
  • Review schedules, oversee submittals, and track RFIs
  • Identify scope changes and estimate cost and schedule impacts accurately
