About the Role:

The Company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our creative team and oversee design projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, an excellent communicator, and capable of managing multiple priorities while ensuring smooth collaboration across clients, designers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between clients, designers, and cross-functional teams

• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics

• Track project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time

• Schedule meetings, maintain accurate project documentation, and prepare progress reports

• Ensure clarity of requirements and expectations for designers and other stakeholders

• Manage client communication with professionalism and prompt responsiveness

• Coordinate feedback loops and ensure timely delivery of revisions

• Support resource planning, task allocation, and workload management for the design team

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a management-related discipline

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage deadlines and handle pressure calmly

• Basic understanding of design processes (preferred, not mandatory)

• Familiarity with project management and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, or Notion

• Team player with strong interpersonal and people management skills
