The Project Manager Role:
An established developer are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a large-scale apartment scheme based in Swansea. The project is now progressing from the end of Stage 4 into early Stage 5 and the business requires someone with proven experience delivering multi-storey residential or apartment-led developments through to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the project on site, managing construction delivery, resolving all design and technical queries and ensuring the scheme progresses in line with programme, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
