Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager, based in Sholinganallur. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project lifecycle management, ensuring timely and successful delivery. They will be responsible for coordinating expediting processes, managing logistics workflows, overseeing inspections, and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently through effective planning, communication, and resource management.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring project progress.
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor roles to accelerate workflows and ensure timely delivery.
- Experience with Inspection processes to maintain quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Strong skills in business Management to oversee movement, storage, and coordination of resources.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Ability to work on-site at Siruseri and ensure seamless communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in any project management, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with property management platforms and experience in the real estate or accommodation sector is an added advantage.
