Project Manager - Technical

We're seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate First Field Application (FFA) testing activities for Fiber and Wireless launches. This role requires strong technical fluency, cross-functional leadership, and a systems-level approach to ensure operational readiness and quality delivery. Pay Rate Range: $65-$75/HR on W2 (No C2C) Responsibilities: FFA Project & Test Coordination: Plan and manage FFA testing activities for Fiber and Wireless launches. Test Case Creation & Management: Develop test cases and scripts aligned with business and technical requirements. Test Execution Guidance: Support testers through execution, ensuring clarity on objectives and timelines. Defect Identification & Reporting: Track and manage defects, collaborating with development and QA teams. Leadership Reporting: Prepare executive-level reports on testing progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with business, technical, and analytics teams for smooth testing cycles. Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in project or technical program management, ideally in technology or telecom. Expertise in large-scale testing coordination, including test case creation and defect management. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for executive-level reporting. Ability to guide testers through complex test cycles. Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams. Familiarity with end-user testing or transformation programs is a plus.
