Project Manager Technical Lead

The Program Manager is responsible for the Registry of Motor Vehicles program through its life cycle of procurement, development, deployment, operations & maintenance as well as future enhancements. The incumbent of this position will oversee the business analysts, work with other project managers, engage internal & external stakeholders, build consensus, document, and plan for upcoming operational, project and program challenges.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Leads the IT program within the RMV with the guidance and prioritization from RMV business management and IT management.

· Works with senior program managers and program staff to determine program needs and standards and to devise efficient methods of accomplishing work, recommend changes and/or to integrate functions thereby providing more proficient and efficient operations.
