Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Project Manager to work onsite and serve as the primary bridge between our internal engineering/product teams and a US based Fractional CTO. This role is critical for ensuring smooth day-to-daycommunication, execution discipline, and alignment between strategy and deliveryacross time zones.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Leadership.
• Experience working with senior technical leadership (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Comfortable working across time zones with senior US-based stakeholders.
