  • Manage and be accountable for a series of projects to client' s project management standards, specifically concerned with integrating internal developed components and services and with external services.
  • Ensure regular status communication updates to ICT management in accordance with accepted reporting standards at the deadlines requested.
  • Maintain good working relationships with Business and ICT colleagues and external parties.
  • Facilitate the setting up of meetings; undertake meeting minutes creation and distribution;
  • Support the programme manager (Stream Leader) in all project dimensions when required;
  • Follow the guidance provided by PMO, Head of Team and the Stream Leader.
  • Strengthen project governance implementation through chairing meetings when needed, checkpoints and boards of assigned projects, keeping stakeholders informed with up-to-date information at all times and ensuring appropriate decision...
