Project Manager- Mid Rise Residential
Our client is a builder/developer with a growing reputation for constructinghigh quality mid-rise condominium projects across Toronto and Scarborough. They are looking to hire a Project Manager.
If you are currently an Assistant Project Manager looking to step up or Project Manager with experience of large scale construction, have at least 5 years of experience in mid-rise construction within the condominium market and have ideally completed at least one full cycle tower project from excavation to occupancy - then apply now.
You would have the energy and drive to be the Project Management expert representing the owner from design stages right through to the finish and close out of the project.
