General Accountability and Summary

Reporting to the Group Manager, Mining and based in Toronto, Ontario, the Project Manager will also act as a Key Account Manager on behalf of TMG by managing one or more of TMG’s Client Accounts across multiple project engagements and/or project sites. As such, the role will be directly accountable for driving TMG’s growth, client satisfaction, and profitability.

This position is a management role within TMG’s Mining Group and requires full participation in the Group’s Operational Management Team. The role is primarily client-facing and billable, with minimal corporate overhead functions. The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining a high level of utilization, consistently achieving a minimum billable target as outlined in annual Key Performance Indicators.
