Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to define project scope and deliverables.
• Track project progress using JIRA , maintaining accurate timelines, task allocations, and updates.
• Use Confluence for documentation, meeting notes, and knowledge sharing.
• Interface with ServiceNow for incident tracking, change requests, and service management support will be added advantage
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and manage project-related issues to resolution.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Promote best practices in project management methodologies and tools.
