Project Manager - Underground Mining

Westfill is a specialised underground mining contractor and service provider based in Western Australia, with decades of boots-on-the-ground experience and practical knowledge to provide quality personnel, products and operational contract services into the underground mining industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of underground mining operations at WA-based site.
• Management of the execution of the full underground mining cycle – drill and blast, bogging, trucking, ground support.
• Manage works to agreed mining plans and targets in co-ordination site engineering and operational teams.
• Manage client relationships and ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations.
• Oversee site performance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
