Title: Project Manager Location: Remote Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for independently managing multiple projects, overseeing scope, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. This role requires strong technical understanding, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead initiatives from development through execution with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple concurrent projects and communicate milestones, risks, and progress. Review applications, develop scopes of work, and evaluate project performance. Track progress against approved scopes, schedules, and performance targets. Review project deliverables and approve invoices in accordance with contract terms. Provide technical and programmatic assistance to project participants. Prepare performance reports and evaluations for leadership and stakeholders. Lead or participate in working groups and provide guidance to junior staff or interns as needed. Support program development and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Competencies Bachelor's degree in a related field. 3-6 years of relevant project or program management experience. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage projects independently with little to no supervision. Demonstrated leadership, judgment, and decision-making capability. Ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Strategic thinking aligned with organizational goals. Tools & Systems Microsoft Office Suite PeopleSoft Salesforce Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with residential and commercial modeling software tools. Experience managing projects through competitive solicitation phases. Experience presenting findings at meetings, seminars, or conferences.
