Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Brightline West team for assigned responsibilities at our Victor Valley and related Site Development. This individual will be responsible for delivering on all aspects of the project's Design Builder’s completion of the construction documents, with a primary focus on budget, schedule, and quality. Management responsibilities include but are not limited to architecture, structural, MEPF, interiors, signage, furnishings, lighting, civil and landscaping, etc.

The role reports to the Project Director and entails overseeing all on-site project activities, including work performed by direct contractors, their subcontractors, and other third parties, and managing 3-5 direct reports.
