Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you are passionate about the built environment and are responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of architectural projects preliminary design through to construction and close-out. This role integrates understanding project objectives (design intent, technical requirements, regulatory constraints and client goals) with technical coordination, consultant coordination, project budget and schedule as well as MJM’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Proposals

-Develop scopes of work for new project proposals based on design objectives, technical

requirements, and client needs along with fee comparison tables of previous projects informed

by historical project data.

-Manage RFPs to consultants, including obtaining quotes, preparing comparison matrices, and supporting client recommendations.
