Job Title: Project Manager- Voltage Conversion

Location: Saudi (Eastern Region)

Experience: 15+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of complex voltage conversion and substation upgrade/expansion projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, procurement, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Supervise multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective coordination with utilities, regulators, design consultants, and contractors.
  • Oversee all aspects of substation development including transformer upgrades, switchgear replacements, relay protection, SCADA integration, and energization plans.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and compliance with local and international electrical codes (e.g., IEC, IEEE, NESC).
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure quality and progress alignment with project goals.
  • Manage commercial aspects including contract administration, change order control, vendor negotiations, and claims resolution.
  • Lead performance reviews, lessons learned sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives post-project delivery.
