Project Manager – Well‑Being Services (Philippines)

We are seeking a strategic and empathetic Project Manager to lead our Well‑Being Services for our Philippine operations. This is a Work‑From‑Home (WFH) role where you will be the primary link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring the highest standards of Trust & Safety and employee mental health support are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management – Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that well‑being services and Trust & Safety protocols align with their business goals and SOPs.
• Performance Reporting – Manage and deliver regular reports on performance, service escalations, and team well‑being metrics.
