- Experience managing healthcare or hospital technology projects.
- Strong organizational change management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- Strong communication and documentation capabilities.
Experience:
- Application implementation and system rollout experience.
- Experience supporting EHR or healthcare technology projects.
- Experience developing SOPs, policies, training materials, and internal communications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support hospital initiatives, including implementation of new applications and EHR rollout activities.
