YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure achievement of project targets (technical, cost, quality, time) and customer satisfaction.
  • Support and enable cross line organization cooperation for maximum synergies.
  • Review and approve the offer prior to submission during the offer phase.
  • Manage project initialization and planning with special attention to cross location project organization.
  • Deliver effective communication with the customer during project execution.
  • Manage project team and control project execution according to the project process.
  • Report to POM regarding project management issues and project progress.
  • Manage overall budget control.
  • Form project team jointly with STLs according to required project resources.
  • Provide instructions to PJM-P(s) and direct reporting project team members.
  • Align with STL regarding the overall technical direction in the assigned project(s).
