Role Overview: 

As a Project Manager at Cargoo, you will lead cross-functional logistics and technology projects from planning through implementation. Taking ownership as the central link between internal teams, partners, and customers, you'll manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to guarantee successful project outcomes. This role combines strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and technology integration to drive Cargoo's mission of digitalizing global freight management.  

This role can be pursued In person based out of our Headquarters in Zurich, or remotely from Warsaw or Prague.

 Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments. 
  • Align project objectives with Cargoo's strategic goals and client expectations. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, procurement, finance, legal, and technology.
