Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage contractors & suppliers effectively to ensure that the project is completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame
• Strong site management skills, schedule planning and reporting
• Monitor project's time, cost, quality, scope, resources and risk management
• Efficiently manage and work closely with clients
• Good knowledge and understanding of Project Management skills and tools
• Ability to run projects within budget and schedule
• Any ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in Interior Design, Project Management or equivalent
• 5 years of relevant working experience in interior design / A&A work of hotel
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Project)
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills with emphasis on attention to detail
