Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to partner closely with our Customer Success Managers team (CSMs) to ensure successful execution of customer initiatives across onboarding, optimization, and ongoing account programs.
This role acts as the execution backbone for enterprise customer accounts—planning, coordinating, and driving delivery across internal teams so that CMs can focus on relationships, value, and growth.
You will work with globally distributed teams and enterprise customers using an AI-powered e-commerce platform, helping ensure projects stay on track and customers realize value quickly and consistently.
Requirements
