Project Manager(design Manager)

we are seeking an experienced professional with 1012 years of expertise in handling greenfield residential and commercial projects (5 lakh sq. ft. and above). the ideal candidate should have successfully managed at least two large-scale projects from concept to completion, preferably with an international property consultant (ipc) or reputed developer.key responsibilities:coordinate and manage design activities with architects and mep consultants.oversee and ensure effective architectural design management.handle mep coordination and integration with architectural and structural elements.manage all building approval processes, including moef, pollution control board, municipal, and fire department.interact with clients and other project stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely communication.prepare and maintain mis reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly project progress updates.coordinate with on-site teams for progress monitoring and issue resolution.conduct progress and design review meetings, draft minutes of meetings (moms), and circulate effectively among stakeholders.identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.preferred background:strong experience in greenfield project management and architectural design coordination.proven track record in handling multi-disciplinary project teams.excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
