Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager/Engineer  with various years of expertise in project or construction management. The ideal candidate should come from a consultancy or construction organization background and be well-versed in handling large-scale industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction/project management activities from planning to execution.
• 
  
• Prepare and review reports, charts, and documentation for project tracking and decision-making.
• 
  
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• 
  
• Draft and manage meeting minutes , ensuring follow-ups on action items.
• 
  
• Identify and proactively resolve bottlenecks in the execution process.
• 
  
• Coordinate between multiple design and engineering disciplines.
• 
  
• Conduct clash checks  involving PEB, civil works, piping, ducts, and structural openings.
• 
  
• Prepare preliminary project schedules, bar charts , and look-ahead plans .
• 
  
• Assist in cost estimating , tendering processes , and reviewing tender documentation.
• 
  
• Monitor and expedite the submission of project documents .
• 
  
• Report potential or actual project conflicts proactively to management.
• 
  
• Address and resolve on-site execution queries promptly.

Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E. in Civil Engineering  or M. Tech in Construction/Project Management .

• Industrial construction experience is highly preferred.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, coordination , and document control .
• 
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and lead project activities independently.

Preferred:

• Candidates from Gujarat  will be given preference.
