Project Manager/Estimator

L82 Construction Ltd. is a heavy civil construction company in London and Area, specializing in the installation of sewers, water mains and road works as well as site preparation and project management. Much of the work L82 undertakes involve complex issues such as environmental issues, traffic management, public relations erosion and sediment control. We are currently seeking a project manager/estimator to join our team.

Typical responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Contract review and estimating including budgets, vendor and subcontractor quoting review
• Forecasting projects and making timely management decisions based on job cost and job progress
• Establishing budgets, as well as resources and cost loaded CPM schedules
• Coordinating daily activities, ordering materials and measuring job production and subcontractors' work in order to comply with schedules
