Project Manager/Estimator

We’re hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to support structural engineering consulting projects for both commercial and residential clients. This role is central to managing client-facing structural projects—from initial estimating and scope development through coordination, delivery, and closeout—covering new construction, renovations, and existing building evaluations.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare estimates, scopes, and proposals for structural engineering services, including new construction, remodels, and existing structure assessments
• Manage structural engineering projects from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate with structural engineers, designers, contractors, and municipal reviewers
• Track project budgets, schedules, scope changes, and deliverables
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Support engineers with project documentation, revisions, and coordination
• Ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with client expectations

Requirements

• Experience in project management and/or estimating within structural engineering or construction consulting environments
• Strong understanding of structural scopes, construction documents, and engineering workflows
• Ability to manage multiple commercial and residential projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational, budgeting, and communication skills
• Professional, client-facing demeanor with attention to detail
