Job Description

We have multiple openings for experienced Project Managers / Project In-Charge to lead developer-driven High-Rise Residential, Villa, and Hotel projects .


The role carries end-to-end responsibility for project delivery, covering planning, execution, cost control, quality, safety, statutory compliance, and timely handover . The incumbent will act as the single-point owner at site, driving execution across structure, façade, MEP, interiors, amenities, and external development, in alignment with approved budgets, schedules, brand standards, and regulatory commitments.


This position requires a strong execution-oriented mindset , hands-on site leadership, and the ability to manage multiple contractors, consultants, and stakeholders in a high-intensity environment. The role involves close coordination across design, procurement, construction, billing, QA/QC, HSE, CRM, and statutory authorities , ensuring disciplined governance and predictable project outcomes.


Key Exposure Areas

  • Master planning, scheduling, and critical path control
  • Site execution across civil, finishing, façade, and MEP works
  • Consultant coordination and drawing management (GFC / IFC)
  • Cost control, billing certification, and variation management
  • Quality systems, audits, and handover readiness
  • Safety, statutory approvals, and compliance (OC, Fire, Utilities)
  • Stakeholder management and structured MIS reporting


Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 12–18 years of experience in developer-led Residential / Villa / Hotel projects
  • Proven exposure to large-scale or multi-tower developments preferred
  • Proficiency in Primavera / MS Project and standard reporting tools
