This well-established main contractor has consistently delivered projects on quality and time throughout the BOP and Waikato. They are predominantly focussed on projects in the $5M - $40 region that are gained in the D&B, tender market and negotiated from existing clients. Their projects span industrial, retail, apartments, commercial, education, reclads, and healthcare.

As a result of a focussed effort on growth and building key relationships, 2026 is positive with a good volume of new work secured.

We are looking for a PM, SPM and Construction Manager to support the growth and embed more structure of the business.
