As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Provide overall leadership and direction on all things physical design related, fostering a collaborative work environment that aligns with the client's strategic objectives and values.
  • Oversee the design aspects of a diverse portfolio of construction projects, ensuring successful project delivery across corporate and retail spaces. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Manage tasks throughout the design, procurement, permitting, construction, handover, and close out process.
  • Ensure project compliance with client’s document controls and specifications.
  • Oversee procurement process of consultants and contractors to award.
  • Chairing and coordinating meetings; issuance of minutes and driving respective actions
