Job/Position Summary

1. Project Management activities Interface with customer while performing the testing of Infotainment system Work to ensure assigned testing tasks are completed on time Ensure status & communication reports are detailed, comprehensive & accurate Serves as a RTE+SM role in terms of agile Exhibit excellent customer service and customer satisfaction capabilities Work with peers, leads and remote teams to ensure successful execution of test activities like bench building, maintenance, test creation, execution, reporting, vehicle testing etc.

2. Assessment of the progress of all phases of SW testing including indication of plan vs deviations Assessment and reporting of project status in meetings Preparing reports at Program Management Level as well as subproject level, participate in CR meeting Test management Activities: Assess/prepare recommendations for governance of overall test process Create, recommend test strategy for all testing activities Assessment of test activities using test reports and know-how exchange from various teams for improvements/effort reduction Create draft component project time plan, review submitted time plans and propose counter measures Monitor progress reports and ensure the compliance to the defined project milestones and timing throughout project Analysis/budgeting/resource updates from teams and escalating deviations Define stakeholder individual communication plan on project level Identify, quantify and manage the risks as well contingency plans on project level and communicate relevant risks in a status report update Preparing, moderating and documenting project status report reviews to ensure meeting the defined component.

3. project targets Minimum Requirements:

a. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related subject Total 10+ years of validation experience in infotainment domain, preferably with Android based IVI.

b. Proven experience in Program/Test Management and Test Life Cycle for minimum 2 production programs Experience in working in Agile methodologies Knowledge of Infotainment domain & its sub-domains like (Power mode, Diag, Media, Tuner, Phone, CP,AA, BT, Speech, Navigation, Vehicle Functions, SOMEIP, Ethernet, CAN, LIN, HMI)

c. Knowledge on SILK, JIRA, XRAY, OCTANE, Confluence Experience with Automotive SPICE Standards Knowledge with test automation using Robot, Cucumber FWK.

d. Ability to plan large projects with multiple stakeholders / vendors /teams involved. Foresee risks for meeting the plan and create risk mitigation/contingency Excellent verbal/written communication skills English and French, Self-motivated and pro-active way of working Creative, disciplined, strong sense of responsibility to delivery result to meet schedule and commitment Experience in sprint planning, Project Management Tools like MSP"
