Project Manger/Site Engineer/Quantity Surveyor

Our Company:

We specialize in aluminium and glazing works including but not limited to curtain wall, window wall, doors, shop front, aluminium cladding, stainless steel works, structure steel works. We are looking for a meticulous and motivated aluminium Site Engineer/ Project Manger to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering high quality solutions to our customers.

Only candidates with Curtain Wall experience will be considered

1.Position: Site Engineer ($3,500-$5,500)

Responsibilities:

Assist Project Manager to oversee all daily construction activities on site to meet project progress and quality goals.

· Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety and environmental regulations

· Ensure all works are carried out in compliance to QA/QC requirements

· Convey proper instructions to subcontractors to ensure all installation works are executed in accordance with approved construction drawings details

· To manage construction difficulties, safety risk and other technical issues

· Prepare installation sequence & micro schedule for respective façade elements according to construction drawings

· Coordinate with Main Contractor, Subcontractors on all matters pertaining to site installation and quality issues

· Monitor and update daily project/site progress report

· Maintain proper records of Site Inspection Reports, materials deliveries and site activities

· Arrange & Coordinate Site Testing and Inspections with Vendors and RTO/RE

· Manage and plan site materials and equipment delivery to ensure efficient use of resources

· To assist Project Manager in timely submission of materials samples and mock-up for approval

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in Alum and Glazing Design site engineer works.
• Responsible, with good organizational and communication skills.
• Well in Auto CAD, Microsoft Office software.
• Team player with positive attitude; willing to learn.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field and above.
• Singapore Citizen and Permant Residence preferred. (Foreigners with relevant experience will also be considered)

2.Position: Project Manager ($5,500-$8,000)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and work closely with project and other teams to monitor and evaluate all projects; ensure that all works in progress are in-line with the proposed work schedules and budget.
• Liaising with the Main Contractor, Architects, Consultants, relevant authorities and Sub-Contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects
• Work with internal departments to prepare, review and submit all detailed programmers, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans etc.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Address issues proactively to minimize disruptions, delays and potential.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.

Requirements:

• At least 10 year experience in Alum and Glazing Design project management works.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in cost control, procurement, and supplier management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related disciplines
• Singapore Citizen and Permant Residence are preferred. (Foreigners with relevant experience will also be considered)

3. Position: Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor ($2500-$4500)

• Tender projects and cost mangement of on going projects.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities, Sub-Contract agreement, Purchase Orders,progress claim.
• Assist the project team in the preparation of, EOT, acceleration, prolongation and other cost claims etc.
• Prepare variations, final accounts of Sub-Contract and negotiation with different parties.
• Attend meeting and site walk as and when required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 3 year experience in Alum and Glazing QS works.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related disciplines
• Singapore Citizen and Permant Residence are preferred. (Foreigners with relevant experience will also be considered)

Work Hours:

Mon-Sat 9 am to 6pm Sat 9am to 12am
