Overview: Leading, planning, monitoring and assisting with the direction of concurrent multidisciplinary IS projects across the Piedmont Healthcare System. Projects are completed with a high-level accountability to achieve targets. Provides high quality project management and analysis for clinical and operational issues. Partners with key organizational and operational leaders to identify and achieve priorities, goals and objectives for each initiative.
