Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Monitoring Specialist in for a project near Varanasi. The role involves monitoring and managing project project performance to ensure timely and efficient project- delivery. The individual will produce reports and communicate findings to stakeholders, ensuring a high level of client service and effective decision-making support.

Qualifications

• Engineer in any relevant discipline
• MBA or PMP certification will be preferred
• Knowledge of working with any of the project management tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project, Primavera etc. will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in System Monitoring and the ability to oversee project operations end-to-end
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating project performance and addressing challenges effectively
• Excellent Communication skills for reporting, presenting findings, and facilitating stakeholder collaboration
• Proficient in MS Office Suite of tools

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of on-site construction project execution experience, ideally in non-ferrous sector
• Maximum 5 years of overall experience
