Project Officer- City Projects

We’re seeking a proactive Project Officer to support the delivery of our Strategic Projects and Infrastructure Capital Works program. Working closely with the Project Manager and City Projects team, you’ll help take infrastructure projects from concept through to completion—ensuring quality outcomes, strong stakeholder relationships, and best-practice project management every step of the way.

What you’ll be doing

• Support and lead assigned infrastructure and capital works projects from planning to delivery
• Coordinate project administration, reporting, budgets, contracts and procurement
• Liaise with internal teams, consultants, contractors, government agencies and community stakeholders
• Contribute to feasibility studies, funding applications and future capital planning
