The Project Officer Primary Care Codesign and Integration contributes to Western NSW Primary Health Network’s (WNSW PHN’s) mission to improve person-centred primary healthcare by supporting the co-design, planning, and implementation of initiatives that respond to regional health needs. The role strengthens the organisation’s strategic priorities by delivering practical project management, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and coordination capabilities.
