Project Officer - Program Management Office

ACARA is seeking a Project Officer – Project Management Office position to support the National Assessment Program (NAP) work program and digital transformation initiatives to support the next phase of online national assessment in Australia.

Location: National role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level assistance to and work closely with the Manager, manage and monitor all aspects of the project planning and implementation of the allocated projects / project components and program work streams.
  • Manage and coordinate day to day operations including establishing and maintaining project documentation and schedules to ensure all planned deliverables are achieved.
  • Develop effective plans and procedures and work with ACARA Assessment and Reporting teams to ensure they are implemented to support a smooth transition of NAP online delivery technologies.
