Job Description

This post is mainly responsible in ensuring that project activities and processes directly implemented and those implemented by the implementing partners are in accordance with thematic standard and relevant quality benchmarks and aligned with the organizational strategic plan particularly Goal 1 where SCP drives significant improvements in the health, learning, protection, and participation of the most excluded and vulnerable children, and where relevant Goals 2 (resource generation) and 3 (SCP performance drivers). The nature and context of the education portfolio require the post holder to have an understanding and appreciation of childrens rights; child protection; inclusion; governance and stakeholder mobilization and multi-stakeholder engagement; risk assessment and mitigation; research; and skills in module development; meeting, training, workshop organizing and facilitation; and technical writing particularly in the context of inclusive school health and nutrition.
