You will join our Corporate team to structure, lead, and optimize the execution of projects and operations, combining a PMO/Project Manager role, enablement and methodology support, and contributions to team life and collective efficiency. The objective is to ensure smooth project execution, maturity in practices and tools, and a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
Your Missions
- Organize and animate project rituals (weekly and biweekly meetings)
- Monitor project progress, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure priorities are met
- Implement and maintain project management tools (OKR dashboards, project analysis, reporting)
- Track workload and hours spent per client
- Support team enablement (structuring practices, operational support)
- Manage and optimize tools (e.g., data migration, Salesforce improvements)
