POSITION REPORTS TO: SENIOR MANAGER OF OPERATIONS, INDIA
DEPARTMENT: PROJECT ONBOARDING
POSITION LOCATION: VADODARA, GUJARAT, INDIA (ON-SITE)
BUDGET: 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 PA.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Onboarding Executive reports to the Senior Manager – Operations and plays a key role in supporting project onboarding activities across multiple service lines, including Lien Resolution, Claims Administration, QSF, Bankruptcy, and Probate.
This role works closely with US-based Project Onboarding Coordinators and leadership teams to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate execution of onboarding processes through strong coordination, data management, and operational support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Liens, Bankruptcy, Probate, QSF, Data & Investigation) to ensure seamless project onboarding
- Ensure onboarding activities meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and follow standard operating procedures
- Maintain and update proprietary databases, including data entry, document uploads, and document generation
- Perform deficiency reporting for onboarding-related documentation
- Manage updates across additional operational databases as required
- Learn and support billing functionality, including reviewing and maintaining billing rules for quality assurance
- Assist with administrative and operational special projects as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of professionalism
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI (moderate to advanced preferred)
- Experience participating in onshore / US stakeholder meetings
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively
Interpersonal & Behavioral Skills
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate clearly in cross-functional environments
- Proactive in identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative, solution-oriented mindset
