Project & Operation Manager (MCST. Mix Development Building) #NKC

This is a full-time, permanent role for a Senior Manager (Projects & Operations), located on-site in Singapore. The Senior Manager will lead the end-to-end execution of MCST (Management Corporation Strata Title) projects and manage the operations of the building, M&E (Mechanical & Electrical), and Security departments. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high-quality standards, while maintaining smooth day-to-day operational management across all facilities. The Senior Manager will act as the primary liaison with clients, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute MCST projects from conception to completion, includes oversee the Operations Departments, specifically M&E, Building, and Security - in addition to the usual project management responsibilities.
