SUMMARY 

Mortenson’s Data Center Solutions Group is currently seeking a Project Operations Accountant that will provide accounting, analysis, and financial support to one or more teams overseeing the completion of a construction project. This individual will serve as the key liaison from the Finance and Accounting department to the project team. This individual will be based on the project site in Eagle Mountain, Utah. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Review construction contract requirements for assigned projects, utilize contract summaries for daily work, and perform budget allocations as required. Assist with various contract requirements, such as certified payroll reporting, minority participation reporting, and maintaining project insurance. Track subcontractor lien waivers if necessary.
