Project & Operations Executive / Lead

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Project & Operations Executive who is excited about software development and wants to build and manage digital products from end-to-end.

This is not a paper PM role.
You will:

• manage projects,
• communicate with clients,
• coordinate vendors,
• and use AI tools to develop or prototype features when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Plan and manage multiple software development projects
• Track timeline, deliverables, progress, risks using Asana
• Consolidate client feedback using structured templates
• Ensure clean handovers between design, development, and deployment
• Prepare UAT checklists, QA reviews, and final sign-offs

Operations

• Maintain and refine SOPs (when necessary)
• Document processes, risks, and improvement opportunities
