Project Operations - Global E-commerce Search

The ADSO Evaluation and Investigation team, working closely with the Search team, takes the evaluation standards as the baseline and principles, and manually evaluates the search query and corresponding search results page to reflect the real user experience of the search function.

Responsibilities

• Independently take charge of the full lifecycle management of e-commerce search evaluation and annotation projects, including preliminary planning and delivery framework design, ensuring high-quality and efficient project execution and deliver project-compliant data as well as actionable analysis conclusions.
• Collaborate with the algorithm/strategy product team, derive effective conclusions based on user experience data insights, and drive the iteration of experience strategies.
