Responsibilities & Duties:


  • Understand EPC scope of work and identify the project deliverables, milestone and required tasks and targets.
  • Prepare and maintain baseline schedule.
  • Identifies and analyses critical paths and floats with clear dependencies.
  • Updates the schedule for all phases and disciplines by gathering weekly / monthly updates from stakeholders.
  • Produces progress baseline curves for all work packages and update in liaison with the discipline manager.
  • Liaises with all team leader and/or team member to communicate required completion dates and interface between functional team and project team.
  • Maintains Project Baseline in accordance with the change management procedure.
  • Produces the activity report for the planning & scheduling function and supervises and/or produces the project weekly & monthly progress report.
