Responsibilities / Tasks
Create, execute, and sustain a functional scheduling management system together withtheProject Directors/ Project Managers.
Manage multiple projectschedules simultaneously.
Establish baseline schedules: durations, criticalpath,andresources.
Connector with theDesign Department,theProcurement Department, the ConstructionDepartmentand the Workshop to continuously update any time changes.
Monitoring project schedule actual progress vs contractual milestones and support Project Manager and Contract Manageridentifyingrisks and opportunities.
Perform earned valueanalysis reports.
Perform time impact analyses (TIA) todeterminethe extent of the impacts of potential delays and provide recommendations forschedulerecovery.
Building an effective dialogue with other team members to detect potential concerns or blockages.
