- Review of Contractor’s master construction schedule, schedule narrative, cost, quantity, productivity, s-curve and resource histogram and provide approval for progress monitoring.
- Review of progress in comparison with approved master construction schedule and incessant monitoring of critical / near critical activities pertaining to EPC and advice Contractor for areas require attention for schedule adherence.
- Review of progress reports submitted by the Contractor, analyze data to identify opportunities for efficiency/productivity improvements and provide inputs to Contractor for adherence.
- Coordinate and correlate with the site team and maintain continuous communication to ensure that the site team comprehends the programme requirements and necessary actions are implemented and progressed.
