Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • - Develop and monitor production schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
  • - Work with relevant departments to ensure smooth order flow and resolve issues if any.
  • - Keep customers up-to-date on the progress of their orders.
  • - Communicate with customers on queries of orders as and when required.
  • - Coordinate customer inspection, delivery and collection arrangements.
  • - Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. - Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  2. - Ability to interpret BOM & technical drawings.
  3. - Good knowledge of process operation sequences.
  4. - Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  5. - Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
